If the buyer pays, the fee is added on top and the seller gets the full price. If the seller pays, it comes out of the payout. Or split it 50/50.

Creating an account and opening a deal is free. If a deal is cancelled or never paid, nobody pays anything.

Network fees are separate

Blockchain gas fees are paid by whoever sends a transaction: the buyer to pay in, us to pay out. USDT on Tron or BNB Smart Chain is usually cheapest.

No exchange-rate markup

Bitcoin, Solana and TON are priced at the live market rate, shown on the deal with its source. The escrow fee is the only thing we charge.

Refunds are minus the fee

If a dispute ends in a refund, the buyer gets back the held amount minus the escrow fee, because the payment was held and the case was reviewed.

Completed deals are final

Once the buyer completes a deal, the seller is paid and the fee is earned. No returns or partial refunds after that.

Escrow fee questions.

When exactly is the fee taken?

It's built into the amounts. The buyer's payment covers the price plus their share of the fee, and the seller's payout is the price minus their share. There's no separate bill.

Can the fee change after we agree?

No. Your rate is saved on the deal when it's created. If our prices change, only new deals are affected.

Is the fee refundable?

We only earn a fee once a payment has been held in escrow. If a dispute ends in a refund, the buyer gets the held amount minus the fee. Once a deal is completed, nothing is refundable.

Is there a lower fee for large deals?

Yes. Larger deals pay a lower rate. The table above shows where each rate starts, and it's applied automatically.

What if my deal is bigger than the maximum?

Contact support before you open it. You can also split a big deal into milestones, each with its own escrow payment, so you pay as each part is delivered.
